These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and your relationship with TC Cleaning Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

​

We provide domestic and commercial cleaning services, which may include:

• Regular cleaning

• Deep cleaning

• End-of-tenancy cleaning

• Office and commercial cleaning

• Customised cleaning services (as agreed in writing)

Service scope and pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

​

• Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled service will be charged at 100%.

​

3. Payments

​

• Payments are due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• We accept  cash, bank transfer, card payment

​

4. Access to Property

​

• It is your responsibility to provide access at the agreed time.

• If cleaners are unable to gain access, the full service fee may still be charged.

• If keys are provided, they must be clearly labelled but without address information.

5. Health & Safety

​

• We comply with all health and safety regulations and ask that you inform us of any risks or hazards in your premises.

• For safety reasons, we do not clean surfaces higher than a standard step ladder can reach or handle any hazardous materials.

6. Customer Obligations

​

You agree to:

• Provide a safe working environment.

• Ensure all valuable or fragile items are safely stored or disclosed.

• Notify us of any issues with the service within 24 hours.

​

7. Liability

​

• We carry public liability insurance.

• We are not liable for damage caused by faulty fixtures or fittings, improper product use as requested by the customer, or pre-existing damage.

• Any loss or damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.

​

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

​

If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly with a re-clean or refund where appropriate.

​

9. Termination of Service

​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service with immediate effect if:

​

• There is a breach of these terms.

• Unsafe or abusive conditions are present.

• Payments are not made as agreed.

​

10. Changes to Terms

​

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
